QUI SUIS JE ?

Coach en développement personnel, connectée avec mes 2 chevaux, je vous accompagne vers un cheminement personnel via une aventure ressourçante, une expérience de re-connexion à soi, hors du temps et riche en partage.
Différents outils peuvent être mobilisés afin de vous accompagner au mieux :

  • soin énergétique,
  • EFT,
  • PNL,
  • sono-thérapie,
  • méditation.
Bienveillante, authentique et à l’écoute mon objectif est de vous rendre autonome et de vous faire trouver vos propres clefs en vous à travers une boîte à outils que vous créerez selon vos besoins.
Je propose diverses formules d’accompagnement du particulier à l’entreprise, sous forme de séance, d’atelier, de journée ou de week-end,selon votre besoin et votre objectif.
